To become an approved EBMA Centre

Our Centre Recognition process considers the quality assurance arrangements, resources and general functioning of your organisation and enables us to make a decision as to whether your centre is able to deliver EBMA provision to the required standard.

The application form should be completed clearly and in as much detail as possible, to ensure your application is processed correctly and efficiently. If you need assistance in completing your application you can speak to our New Centre Support Team on

Required Documents
To support your application you must upload the documents listed in points 1-2 below (a hyperlink to the relevant policy and procedure documents will be acceptable):
  1. Policy and Procedure Documents
    1. Organisation structure
    2. Equal Opportunities and Diversity policy
    3. Registrations procedure (including identity checks, checking for criminal records and ULN procedures)
    4. Recognition of Prior Learning policy
    5. Examinations procedure (for centres planning to offer qualifications with exams)
    6. Reasonable adjustments and special considerations policy
    7. Internal Verification policy and procedure
    8. Appeals procedure for candidates
    9. Malpractice & Maladministration procedure
    10. Complaints procedure
    11. Health & Safety policy
  2. Centre Agreement terms and conditions
    • A signed Centre Agreement. The agreement must be signed by someone within the centre who has responsibility and authority to do so who will be issued with account details for signing this on our website.
